Ethereal knits for spring & summer
Spring has settled in and the first flowers are in bloom on the Faroe Islands. Splashes of color hint at the warmth to come, a quiet promise that summer is on its way. Our latest designs are made for those golden days — light enough for sunshine-filled afternoons, yet perfect for layering when the breeze carries a touch of spring’s cool embrace.

Handknits from a Simpler Time
Our handknits harken back to a bygone era - when the pace of life was slow, the environment was unspoiled, and products were locally sourced and naturally made.

The Sheep Islands
The Faroe Islands, or "Føroyar," meaning "Sheep Islands," traces its name back to Old Norse origins. Legend has it that sheep arrived even before the Vikings. Today, sheep still roam freely across our hills and valleys, and their population outnumbers our people.

Working with Women We Love
Guðrun & Guðrun products are hand-knitted by women in the Faroe Islands, Jordan, and Peru. We know them all by name. Our aim is to restore integrity and decency to fashion by honoring their contributions and ensuring they remain well-treated, well-trained, gainfully-employed, and fairly-paid.
